FAQs
What do you need from us to get started on a website project?
To begin, I need a clear picture of your goals, content, and timeline. If you already have a brief or Figma file, I’ll review it and suggest the best approach; if not, I can share a simple intake template to help you clarify structure, features, and priorities. Once that’s defined, I’ll propose a scope, timeline, and fixed project fee.
How long does a project typically take?
Most Webflow projects take about 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the number of pages, animations, and integrations. Smaller landing pages can be done faster, while more complex sites with custom logic or multiple templates may need additional time.
What are your pricing models?
My pricing is project-based, with design and Webflow builds typically starting around $5,000 and going up depending on scope and complexity. For each project, I break the work into clear phases with milestone-based payments, so you always know what you’re getting at each stage and what you’re paying for.
Why should I opt for Webflow development?
Webflow allows us to create beautiful websites without needing to write code. It combines design and content management in one platform, making it easy for you to update your site later. With Webflow, your website will load quickly and be optimized for search engines, which helps attract more visitors. Its user-friendly interface means you can manage your content easily, giving you more control over your website.
What types of businesses and industries do you specialize in?
I work with a diverse range of businesses across various fields, including tech startups, media, and art. While we are experienced in all types of industries, we specialize in helping businesses stand out and tell their story visually. Our goal is to create websites that accurately reflect your expertise, experience, and reputation.
What's included
Discovery & Story-Framing Workshop
A 30–60 minute kickoff session to understand your business model, audience, and goals. Together, we define your brand story, key messages, and what “success” looks like for this website, so every design decision is tied to a clear outcome.
Information Architecture & Page Strategy
Sitemap and page breakdown tailored to your goals. You’ll receive a simple site map diagram and page-by-page outline that clarifies what goes where and how users will move through your story.
Style Guide Document
A focused brand style guide delivered before design begins, covering typography, color usage, button styles, layouts, and interaction guidelines. This gives your team a clear reference for how your brand should look and feel online, and makes it easy to keep everything consistent as you add new pages or launch future campaigns later on.
Bespoke UI Design for Core Pages
Custom, high-end designs for your core marketing pages (typically home, about, services/offer, blog or resources, contact). Each layout is crafted to balance storytelling, clarity, and conversion. Includes up to 3 rounds of refinements to get everything feeling just right.
Webflow Development (Pixel-Perfect Build)
A clean, responsive Webflow implementation of the approved designs, using best practices for structure, accessibility, and performance. Layouts are built to match the design closely while staying easy to maintain and extend over time.
Component-First CMS & Layouts
Reusable sections and components (hero blocks, feature grids, testimonials, CTAs, etc.) set up as symbols or components in Webflow. This allows you to build new pages quickly using existing building blocks, keeping the design tight without needing a designer for every change.
Interactions & Micro-Animations
Purposeful animations and transitions that add personality without overwhelming the message: hover states, scroll reveals, subtle movement on key elements. These are designed to enhance your brand and guide attention, not distract from conversion.
Performance, SEO & Accessibility Essentials
Image optimization, clean HTML structure, meta titles/descriptions, basic schema where relevant, and best practices for headings and alt text. The goal is a site that loads fast, reads well to search engines, and is usable for as many visitors as possible.
Quality Assurance & Device Testing
Testing across modern browsers and core breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile) to ensure a smooth experience. You’ll have a review link to check everything and 1–2 revision passes dedicated purely to polish and bug fixing before launch.
Handoff, Training & Support Window
A short Loom walkthrough and live training (around 60 minutes) showing how to edit pages, manage CMS content, and create simple new layouts. You also receive 1 month of post‑launch support for small tweaks and bug fixes, so you’re not left alone right after going live.
