• How long does a website project take?

  Most projects take 2–6 weeks, depending on scope, content readiness, and feedback speed.

• Which platforms/CMS do you work with?

  I design and build on Wix. As a Wix Legend Partner, I prefer Wix for its user-friendliness: clients can easily edit pages, update blogs, manage products, and add sections without touching code. It’s secure, hosted, and integrates apps for bookings, email, and e-commerce... ideal for fast, reliable launches.

• Is the site mobile optimised?

  Yes, every build is responsive and tested on common devices and modern browsers.

• Is SEO included?

  SEO is not included by default, but I can add on on-page essentials (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, clean URLs) and connect Search Console/Analytics if required.

• Do you provide images or brand assets?

  You’re welcome to supply your own, or I can source licensed stock. Any paid assets are approved before purchase and added to your invoice.

• Who handles hosting and domains?

  Your site will be hosted on Wix. For the domain, you can either use the free for a year domain included with eligible Wix plans (or a Wix subdomain), or connect a domain from providers like Crazy Domains or GoDaddy. You retain ownership of your domain.

• How many revisions are included?

  Typically two rounds per milestone (design and build). Extra revisions can be added at a fixed rate.

• What if I need additional pages or features later?

  No problem! add-ons are priced per page/feature. We’ll scope and quote first.

• Can you design e-commerce sites?

  Yes! Wix Stores, including products, collections, payments, shipping, and basic tax setup.

• What happens if something breaks after launch?

  There’s a 14–30 day snag window (based on scope) for bug fixes related to the delivered work. Ongoing maintenance can cover future updates and issues.
