What's included

• Three Passes

  This service provides three passes of the manuscript. One read for the Developmental Edit, one read for the Line Edit, and one read for the Copy Edit. The first read will address big picture items like plot, flow, pacing, character arcs, etc. The second read will happen once developmental edits have been implemented. It will focus on the manuscript on a line-by-line level, addressing sentence flow, clarity, and cadence. The last read will be for grammar, spelling, and sentence structure - the technical elements at a sentence-level. All reads will include Track Changes and comments.

• Edit Letter

  The edit letter will provide an overview of the story and suggestions, breaking down each area of feedback into easily understandable sections.

• Manuscript Tracker

  The tracker is a spreadsheet summarizing chapters, arc notes, character notes, and setting notes.

• Manuscript Support

  I will be available via email for 30 days after I send the final edits to answer any questions you may have about your story.
