Do I need any special software?
Just a working computer, internet, and Zoom (free). I'll guide you through setup if needed — no prior tech knowledge required.
How long is each session and how many do I need?
Sessions are 60 minutes. Most clients see results in 1-3 sessions and complete a total of 3-8 sessions, depending on goals (e.g., 1 for basics, 3 for full computer confidence).
What if I get stuck after the session?
You get 48-hour email support post-session. For ongoing help, book follow-ups or a monthly package.
Do you offer group or family lessons?
Yes — group rates are available (2-5 people). Each participant needs their own device and internet connection.
