Project Timeline: 5 Days
Process Stages:
Stages starting after signed contract outlining project scope, timeline, fees and terms of payment.
Day 1: Understand & Define
Client Kickoff Meeting: Discuss project goals, target audience, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Expert Interviews: Interview key stakeholders to gather insights and information / Pre-brand questionnaire
How Might We (HMW) Statements: Identify key HMW statements to focus the design challenge.
User Persona Development: Create user personas to represent the target audience.
Day 2: Sketch & Decide
Sketching: Individually sketch different design solutions for key pages ( max 3 key pages ).
Solution Sketching: Individually develop detailed sketches for the highest-potential solutions.
User Flow Creation: to visualize the user journey through the key pages.
Approval / revision : Client approval for all design, and if there is revision, they will only be 1 small tweaks with an additional 1 day added to the project timeline.
Day 3: Prototype & Test
Rapid Prototyping: Create a low-fidelity, non-interactive prototype (limited pages) using digital tools.
Day 4: Decide & Validate
Design Presentation : Present the prototype.
User Testing: Conduct final user testing with client for the prototype to confirm design effectiveness.
Day 5: Wrap Up & Share
Project Wrap-Up Meeting: Review the sprint outcomes and next steps with the client.
Deliver All Assets: Provide the client with all design assets and documentation.
Additional Notes:
The prototype will be non-complex and limited in page scope due to the sprint's timeframe.
The sprint can be adapted and adjusted based on the specific project needs and resources.
Continuous communication with the client will be maintained throughout the sprint
