As a product designers, I work from the start to end of your project, keeping the user and business goals in mind. This includes concretizing scenarios and requirements, iterating, testing, and even bringing your work to a release-ready state.



Each project is a little different, but these are the general steps I follow to build a strong foundation of a project.

1. Introductory call - a conversation to understand where we fit and how we might work together. I ask about your business needs and project goals and see where I can support you as a product designer.
2. We clarify expectations on timelines, scope of the work, and define a project brief.
3. Any user research if required (I prefer this, but given the scope and timeline, this may be vetoed out)
4. Designing and meeting at regular cadences
5. At the end of the project, I will prepare a proper handoff package to ensure all deliverables and assets are delivered.
6. Any additional support plan
