Despite working officially as a product designer, I have extensive experience in UX strategy. I help you identify the problem and tease out the information needed to understand the space and craft solutions.

Through activities and discovery workshops, we will distill and sharpen your ideas and provide direction to bring it to life.



1. Introductory call - a conversation to understand where we fit and how we might work together. I ask about your business needs and project goals and see where I can support you as a UX strategist.
2. We clarify expectations on timelines, scope of the work, and define a project brief.
3. Any user research if required (I prefer this, but given the scope and timeline, this may be vetoed out)
4. I will prepare and present a series of collaborative workshops. Post-meetings, I will gather the documentation into a set of comprehensive documents and a roadmap.
5. Any additional support plan

Each project is a little different, but these are the general steps I follow to build a strong foundation of a project.
