  Agile is commonly used in software projects but real world projects require some degree of waterfall. I am in favour of the method that delivers the most for the project at hand whether its kanban, agile or waterfall.

• What information do you need from me to get started?

  To get started effectively, I typically need: A clear description of your business problem or opportunity Any existing technical documentation or systems that will integrate with the solution Your key requirements and constraints (timeline, budget, specific technologies) Access to stakeholders who can answer functional questions during development Information about your target users and their needs I've refined my onboarding process to be efficient while gathering critical information. We'll start with a discovery call to understand your high-level goals, followed by a structured requirements gathering session. For larger projects, I offer a paid discovery phase that produces detailed specifications before full development begins, reducing uncertainty and ensuring alignment. The more context you can provide initially, the more accurately I can estimate scope and timeline—but don't worry if you don't have everything figured out.

  I am based in the GMT +2 timezone which allows me significant overlap with US east coast such as Atlanta and of course Europe and the Middle East.
