Discovery phase
Decide the initial scope, technical decisions and a prioritised release plan. Also, if solution requires to make the validation of specific product's ideas - we develop the simple Proof of Concept initially, to check what's the best way to implement the specific feature.

User flows & Wireframes phase
We design core user journeys and low-fi wireframes so the structure feels right before visuals.

UI Design phase
We create hi-fi screens, a reusable component library, motion guidelines and design tokens for consistent branding
👉 You get - Hi-fi mockups, interactive prototype, style guide.

Development phase
We build screens, native bridges (if needed), animations, localisation and all the required APIs within third-party integrations, which are implemented and well documented. We deliver incremental staging builds for review with App Store Connect and APK files.
👉 You get - staging build of product, accessibility checks
👉 We need - API keys, Apple and Google stores developer accounts and any compliance info.
QA & Performance test phase
We do the manual testing, run unit, integration, and E2E tests, device matrix testing, performance profiling, security scans, and manual acceptance testing. We also coordinate beta testing via TestFlight and Google Play internal tracks.
👉 You get - QA reports, bug tracker, test cases, test scripts, remediation plan.
👉 Why it matters - prevents post-launch surprises and improves user trust.

Stores submission & Launch phase
