If you have steady development work but don't want to hire full time, I can be your remote developer on a monthly basis. You get the same person every week, who knows your code and your product, instead of explaining everything again to a new freelancer each time.
This is how I've worked with several long-term clients. Some kept me and my team as their remote developers for years, working inside their tools like their own in-house team.

What I can take on

New features and modules in your web app
Bug fixes, upgrades and keeping dependencies up to date
Backends, APIs, dashboards and integrations
Swoogo event sites and integrations
Deploys, hosting and small DevOps tasks
Finishing or cleaning up code made with AI tools

How it works

Start small. We usually begin with one task, so you can see how I work before committing to a month.
Agree on hours. We set the hours for the month, starting from 20 hours. You can change them month to month.
Work in your tools. I join your repo, task board and chat (Slack, Teams or similar), and work from your priorities.
Stay in the loop. You get short updates on what's done and what's next, and a timesheet at the end of the month.

Who you work with

I write the code myself, and you talk to me directly. If the work grows, my small team of three (developers and a designer) can join, still with me as your contact.
My stack is mostly TypeScript, Node or Bun, SvelteKit, Next.js or Nuxt and Postgres, but I work in your stack if it's different. I'm based in Dhaka (GMT+6) and keep a few hours of overlap with your team.
