FAQs
How do you deliver my copy edited article or blog?
All revised articles are delivered in a clean Google Document for easy sharing, commenting, and copy-pasting onto your website or preferred blog platform.
How many revisions do you include in your copy editing?
1 revision is included. I present Version 1 of your article or blog after a few days. Then, you leave comments on a shared Google Document in any specific sections you'd like tweaked. Then, I deliver Version 2, the finished version, within a day.
How do you make sure my edited piece still sounds like me?
When we get started, I ask you some questions to clarify your Brand Voice, writing personality, and request a reference article you'd like to model your edited article after (if applicable). It's important that your content sounds like you, that's why I build these touchpoints into my process.
What's included
Personality-Packed Paragraphs
I add depth, insights, and more personality to your pre-written words so they inspire, entertain, or educate readers.
Fact Checking
I take the time and do the research to ensure your facts are accurate and add further context where needed.
Clickable Headline
I craft a headline for your article or blog that invokes curiosity and contains keywords where relevant.
Sprinkle of SEO
I include any primary or secondary keywords that you provide in a way that feels natural and flows for readers and algorithms.
Optimized Meta Description
I write a concise, SEO-optimized Meta Description for your article or blog, an often-forgotten but vital puzzle piece-this is the text that shows up underneath the title of your blog on an online search.
Detailed Feedback (for next time)
I include feedback with a bulleted list of action items to make your blog or article more readable, skimmable, and find-able online for when you next sit down to write.
