✨ The Design Process
🔍 Initial Inquiry: Send in a request via email or my website form with your design needs, goals, and desired creative support.
🔮 Discovery Call: We'll have a chat over Google Meets to explore your design needs further, discuss the number of hours (10/15/20)you'll need per month, and figure out design workflows and deliverables.
🧋Confirming Details: I'll send a contract outlining services, hours, and terms to review and sign. Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit for the first month has been sent, we'll start our work together.
🎨 Ongoing Support and Overage Hours: Overage hours will be tracked and invoiced at the end of the month if required.
✨ Cancellation/Termination: If you need to cancel the service, please provide a two-week notice to ensure we can wrap up any active projects.
