What you get: ongoing design capacity for whatever you need most — UI design, UX flows, new features, A/B test variants, marketing pages, design system maintenance, Figma cleanup, prototypes. Whatever doesn't need design today probably needs it next week.

How it works: kickoff call to align on priorities and tools, shared backlog (Linear, Notion, or your system), async daily updates, weekly 30-minute sync. You add requests, I work through them in priority order. No project minimum, no per-task scoping overhead — just steady work.

Good fit: early-stage startups shipping weekly, growing SaaS products with constant iteration, agencies that need a second pair of hands, founders who tried hiring full-time and decided it's not the right time yet.

Not a fit for: single one-off projects (use my other services), brand identity or large multi-week initiatives (let's scope separately), or "I have one tiny thing per month."
