After 10 years in the Hospitality industry I have found there are many companies who are lacking training manuals or any training processes. However, training is an extremely import part to making sure your employees and managers are knowledgeable in their position, creating a positive work environment, and lowering your turnover rate! I have assisted many companies (country clubs, resorts, restaurants, etc.) in creating a training program that works best for them and I want to continue helping those companies who are lacking this integral part of their hiring process.

What I offer:

I will travel to your location to instruct employee training. At minimum, one day of full focus will be given to each position level you wish for me to train. I will ensure you have an agenda of all training I plan to do and an explanation on how each will help you achieve your goals. My training will help you reduce turnover rates, improve productivity in employees, elevate your customer service, create more long term/loyal customers, and more. At the end of my stay I will provide a written summary of the training and suggestions on how to continue improving in the future.

What I require for this service:

Flights are paid for by the client

Hotel is paid for by the client, however I do provide a discount on certain hotels

Dates and goals are set in advance

Current training program will need to be sent in advance for review or my training program creation must be purchased and given time to complete before the trip

First day will be shadowing, this is very important for me to see what the training needs are or the area that needs most focus and connect those to your goals

At least one solid day of training for each position level you wish to train
