Summary

Our Project Process
Thorough analysis of your business is conducted, along with market research and competitor analysis. This will help us in identifying your strengths, weaknesse, opportunities and threats. Positioning your brand along with this strategy and your unique value proposition, we aim to craft a consistent and purposeful brand identity reflecting your brand personality and resonating with your target audience. We have divided our process into 10 phases to have a crystal clear creative flow.
Discovery and onboarding phase
(Day 1 - Day 7)
Once the contract is signed, the Day 1 of the project starts with getting to know more about your business through client brief and other questionnaire requested by us and to be filled by you. Using this we will create brand concepts to find out the creative direction for your business.
Feedback phase-1

(Day 8 - Day 10)
You will have 3 days to choose the direction concept. Once that’s done project enters the next phase even if the 3 days are not completed. Your prompt response will help us in fastracking your project.
Research & Strategy phase
(Day 11 - Day 17)
In-depth research of your business, market, positioning, target audience segmentation, trend statistics, etc, are done in this phase to inquire all the information required to craft your brand strategy and help with the visual creation process.
Creation phase-1
(Day 18 - Day 24)
We will create multiple concepts of designs in this phase using the brand strategy we crafted in the previous phase.
Feedback phase-2
Concept finalisation
(Day 25 - Day 27)
First drafts of the designs will be presented so that you could choose the design which resonates with your business.
Creation phase-2
Concept refinement/revision
(Day 28 - Day 34)
Any revisions, if required will take place in this phase. If none, we will proceed further with the refinement of the concept.
Feedback phase-3
(Day 35 - Day 37)
After revision/refinement, the concepts are presented to you for the final approval.
Assets creation phase
(Day 38 - Day 51)
Once the logo concept is approved, the assets creation starts. We create colour palettes, brand marks, shapes, patterns and other graphics for your brand.
Feedback phase-4
Final presentation
(Day 52 - Day 54)
We present you with complete brand identity design with strategy here to get the final go.
Handover & off-boarding phase
(Day 55 - Day 60)
It’s time to finally say goodbye, handing over all the deliverables and getting testimonies of our work from you.
Although we have mentioned that the project schedule is 60-70 days, while there is still a chance of project being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, there is also a chance that the project may get fast tracked due to spontaneous workpace and rapid feedback.

What's included

  • Brand strategy manual

    Creating a long term plan that establishes and manages your brand in a way that differentiates it from its competitors and create value for the your customers. Brand strategy involves defining your brand’s core values, personality and purpose, as well as identifying your target audience and your unique value positioning. In short, it includes your brand positioning, brand architecture (structure of your different products and services), Brand voice and tone (style,tone and language to communicate with your target audience) and last but not the least, Brand experience (insuring that your brand is engaging, consistent and reinforces key values.

  • Brand guidelines manual

    This guide provides detailed instructions on how your brand should be represented visually and verbally including rules for logo usage, Typograph, colour palettes, imagery and tone of voice.

  • Logo Suite

    This file contains all the brand marks that allows your brand to have flexible and adaptable visual identity that is consistent across different platforms and contexts. It consists of primary logo, secondary/alternative logo, responsive logo. It may or may not contain more versions based on your brand requirements.

  • Brand Assets

    This file contains brand colour palettes, patterns and other graphics required for your business goals.

  • Brand Collaterals

    Letterhead and business cards are basic Brand collaterals. One more collateral will be designed as per your brand requirement. That makes them 3 in total. Any other brand collaterals like brochures, flyers, thankyou cards, etc, will be considered add-ons and may incur extra charges. Please inquire in advance.

  • Master ai files

    2 Master files in ai format are provided to you for your future usage as all the files except for the one that is used by designer for portfolio showcase, will be deleted. You may be required to provide these files to your next designer (like web designer,packaging designer, etc,) for generating new designs.
