Who this is for. You are about to build, or you are mid-build and the scope keeps growing. The expensive mistake is not bad design, it is designing the wrong thing properly. This session exists to catch that before engineering time gets spent.
What we cover. What the first version has to prove and what it can skip. Which flows are load-bearing. Where the architecture will need to grow later, and what to get right now so version two is an iteration rather than a rewrite. If you already have screens or a prototype, I go through them before we talk.
Where this comes from. I have taken products from MVP thesis to launch, including a health community app built to scale into subscriptions and practitioner access without rebuilding its foundation, and a nutrition platform that went from prototype to a two-sided product.
The deliverable is the roadmap, not the call. A prioritised list of what to build in what order, with reasoning you can hand to your engineers.
