FAQs
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds of revisions per design stage (logo, brand assets, etc.). Extra revisions can be added at $25/hour.
Do I get editable files?
Yes — you’ll receive editable vector files (AI, SVG) along with PNG, PDF, and JPG formats so you can use your brand anywhere.
Do you offer rush projects?
Yes — with a 25% rush fee, depending on timeline and availability.
What if I don’t like any of the initial concepts?
We start with a detailed brand questionnaire and moodboard to align on your vision before design begins, so this rarely happens. If it does, we’ll refine concepts based on your feedback to ensure you’re happy with the direction.
Will you work with my existing logo?
For the Starter and Core packages, we design from scratch. If you want to refresh or adapt an existing logo, this can be added as a custom service.
Do you handle printing?
No, but I’ll supply print-ready files and can recommend trusted printers if you need them.
What software do you use?
I work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva for easy-to-edit templates.
Do you work with all industries?
Yes, but I specialize in creative, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and boutique businesses.
