About this service

Summary

I offer a tailored logo design service that transforms your brand’s vision into a unique, memorable identity, complete with versatile logo lockups, a comprehensive brand guide, and custom social media styling. My process is focused, efficient, and entirely email-based, ensuring that you receive consistent, professional communication without the need for calls. With over a decade of creative direction experience, I bring an in-depth understanding of brand identity that results in designs that truly resonate with your audience.

Process

1. Initial Inquiry
Process: Clients reach out via email or Contra to inquire about logo design services.
Outcome: I respond with a brief overview of my services and a set of questions to understand the client’s brand, project requirements, and goals.
2. Project Discussion & Quote
Process: Based on the client’s email responses, I assess the project scope and provide a customized quote along with a proposed timeline.
Outcome: The client reviews the quote and confirms if they’d like to proceed.
3. Booking & Initial Deposit
Process: I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the project and cover initial design work.
Outcome: Once the deposit is received, I confirm the project start and outline the next steps in an email.
4. Mood Board & Conceptualization
Process: I create a mood board and email it to the client, showcasing potential colors, styles, and themes. This serves as a foundation for the creative direction.
Outcome: The client provides feedback via email to finalize the direction for initial design concepts.
5. Round 1: Rough Design Concepts
Process: I develop initial rough logo concepts to illustrate the general style and layout, which I then share with the client for review.
Outcome: The client provides feedback via email, helping refine and identify the strongest design direction.
6. Round 2: Finalizing Designs
Process: Using the client’s feedback, I refine the chosen concept(s), finalizing fonts, colors, and variations, and including alternative lockups.
Outcome: The client reviews and approves the final logo design via email.
7. Final Approval & Payment
Process: I present the finalized logo and branding elements. Once the client approves, they make the remaining 50% payment.
Outcome: Payment confirms the finalization and preparation for the final delivery package.
8. Delivery of Final Package
Process: After the final payment, I deliver the completed design package via email, which includes:
Main logo in all required file formats (.eps, .svg, .jpg, .png, .ai)

What's included

  • Logo Design

1 design concept that comes in all needed file requirements + master design file (.eps, .svg, .jpg, .png, .ai)

  • Alternative Lockups

Alternative lockups for logo design services provide versatile options for presenting your brand identity. Here are a few common types: Horizontal Lockup: This is the standard arrangement where the logo and any accompanying text are positioned side by side in a horizontal line. It's a balanced and easy-to-read option. Vertical Lockup: In this arrangement, the logo and text are stacked on top of each other. It's a great choice when horizontal space is limited. Icon-Only Lockup: This version includes only the logo icon without any text. It's useful when the brand is well-established, and the icon alone is recognizable. Text-Only Lockup: In cases where the brand name is highly distinctive, a text-only lockup may be preferred. This focuses on the brand's name without the logo. Monochromatic Lockup: This lockup uses a single color for the logo and text, offering a clean and uniform appearance. It's often used for formal documents or when color printing is not an option. Inverse Lockup: In an inverse lockup, the logo and text are presented in white or light color against a dark background, providing a striking and high-contrast look. Stacked Lockup with Tagline: If your brand includes a tagline, a stacked lockup with the tagline beneath the logo can help convey your brand message effectively. Badge Lockup: This lockup involves placing the logo inside a shape or badge, which can add a touch of uniqueness and sophistication to your brand presentation. Circular Lockup: The logo and text are arranged within a circular shape, which can create a cohesive and distinctive look. Responsive Lockup: For digital applications, a responsive lockup is designed to adapt to different screen sizes, ensuring that your brand maintains its impact across various devices and platforms. These alternative lockups offer flexibility in how you present your logo design service, allowing you to adapt to different contexts while maintaining brand consistency and recognition.
