About this service

Summary

This Brand Basics Package is designed for businesses that are in need a visual identity to establish or build their brand. If you're not ready for more extensive brand strategy but still have a solid grasp on your target audience(s), industry, and unique brand perspective, this package is a great option.

Process

Discovery Call - I always like to have a quick chat with potential clients to ensure that we're a good fit to work together. If you're curious, let's chat!
Proposal - I'll send over a customized proposal for your business that lays out all of the deliverables, timelines, pricing, etc.
Onboarding - Once you've accepted the proposal, you'll receive your onboarding documents and be able to schedule your strategy session.
Strategy Session - We'll get on a ~60 minute call to review your strategy questionnaire and clarify/refine any specific details before we get into the design phases.
Creative Direction - Following our call, I'll put together 2-3 different creative direction options for your brand based on the strategic info we went over together.
CD Presentation & Feedback - We'll get on a video call during which I will present the creative direction options for your brand. You'll have the opportunity to give initial feedback during the call, and you'll have a few days following to provide any other feedback before I begin designing your visual identity.
Visual Identity Design - Once you've provided feedback regarding your brand's creative direction, I'll begin designing your logos, selecting your color palette and type suite, and creating any other visual assets for your brand.
Visual Identity Presentation & Feedback - We'll get on a video call during which I will present your brand's visual identity. Then, I'll make revisions based on your feedback. This phase includes TWO rounds of revisions.
Off-boarding - Once we've finalized your visual identity, I'll create your brand guidelines, export all of your final assets, gather stock photography, and send it all over to you!

What's included

  • Strategy Questionnaire & Call

    You will receive a strategy questionnaire the asks important questions about your business and industry. This questionnaire provides foundational information needed to ensure the visual identity we design makes sense for your business and brand. We'll go over it together on a call to make sure we're on the same page before we move forward! It is important that you have a thorough understanding of your business and industry in order to answer these questions adequately. If you struggle to answer questions about your target audience, what sets your business/product/offering apart from others in your industry, your brand's unique perspective, etc, then this package is not for you.

  • Creative Direction

    I'll put together 2-3 mood boards with different visual identity directions that make sense with the strategic information we review together. This ensures that we're on the same page about the different visual elements we'll include in your brand before we begin building your custom visual identity. Includes ONE round of revisions.

  • Visual Identity

    Then we'll begin putting together your custom visual identity based on your chosen creative direction. It will include a logo suite (2-3 logo variations), a color palette (~6 colors), a type suite (2-3 fonts), and photography direction. These are all designed in accordance with the strategy and creative direction that we go over earlier in the process. Includes TWO rounds of revisions.

  • Brand Guidelines

    Your brand guidelines will outline how to use the various elements within your visual identity properly. These guidelines help to optimize and create consistency within your brand.
