Have a product or business requirement, but need to turn it into a system your development team can actually build?
I help founders and teams turn complex or unclear business requirements into clear, implementation-ready system designs.
Before designing the architecture, I first understand how the business actually works — the core workflows, actors, entities, states, business rules, dependencies, and unresolved decisions.
This helps surface requirement gaps and hidden assumptions before they become expensive implementation problems.

What I’ll work through

Business & Requirement Discovery Clarify the business problem, users, operational workflows, system boundaries, and what the product actually needs to support.
Workflow & Domain Modeling Identify core entities, lifecycle states, state transitions, business rules, permissions, validations, and relationships across the system.
Requirement Gaps, Risks & Open Decisions Surface missing requirements, conflicting assumptions, edge cases, integration dependencies, and decisions that need to be resolved before implementation.
System Design & Solution Architecture Translate the clarified business model into system components, responsibilities, data flows, APIs, integrations, persistence boundaries, and key architecture decisions.
MVP Scope & Implementation Blueprint Separate what needs to be built now from what can wait, and organize the solution into a structured blueprint that developers can confidently implement.

What you’ll receive

A structured Solution Architecture & Implementation Blueprint tailored to the agreed system scope.
Depending on the product and confirmed requirements, this may include:
Business context and confirmed system scope
Actors, roles, and core workflows
Domain entities and lifecycle/state models
Business rules, validations, and permissions
Requirement gaps, risks, assumptions, and unresolved decisions
System components and responsibilities
Data flows, APIs, and integration boundaries
Persistence and data-model considerations
Key architecture decisions
MVP scope and implementation priorities
Architecture and workflow diagrams where useful
The goal is not simply to produce architecture diagrams or technical documentation.
It is to make sure the team understands what should be built, how the system should work, what is still unresolved, and what developers need before implementation begins.

How the engagement works

You provide the existing requirements, product documentation, business context, or other relevant material.
I review the material, model the business and system, surface gaps and unresolved decisions, and clarify important questions with you asynchronously as the design develops.
Once the necessary decisions are clear, I turn that understanding into the final architecture and implementation blueprint.

Scope & pricing

The listed $1,500 fixed price is intended for one moderately scoped product or system with a clearly defined business boundary.
Smaller, clearly bounded architecture needs may be scoped separately. Larger, multi-system, enterprise, or highly complex products may require a custom engagement.
Implementation and development are not included in this service.
Typical delivery: up to 3 weeks, depending on system complexity and clarification turnaround.
