UX/UI Redesign Sprint for a Key Product FlowDaria Bernabei
One product flow is slowing users down. Let’s rebuild it around the task they’re actually trying to complete.
A critical journey can lose its shape over time. Steps multiply, the interface becomes inconsistent, and users have to stop and think when they should be moving forward.
This sprint redesigns 1 key flow in your existing product, from the first step to the meaningful success state.
It’s suited to journeys such as onboarding, registration, account setup, order management, approvals, or repeat operational tasks.

The process

1. Review the current flow We look at what exists today, the user’s goal, the surrounding product context, and the constraints the redesign needs to respect.
2. Define the better path I map the updated flow, including the key decisions, information needed at each step, and the important states that support the journey.
3. Design the interface I turn the agreed flow into high-fidelity UX/UI designs for the key screens and states.
4. Prototype and handoff You receive a clickable prototype for review and alignment, alongside organised files and notes your development team can use.

What you walk away with

A focused review of the existing journey
An updated user flow
UX/UI designs for 3 to 5 agreed screens or key states
A clickable prototype
Editable design files and handoff notes

How we work together

Week one: review the product, agree on requirements, map the revised flow and develop the initial designs.
Week two: refine the interface, review feedback and complete the prototype and handoff.
The two-week schedule starts once product access, existing files and requirements are available. The schedule assumes consolidated feedback within two working days of each review.
Scope: 1 agreed flow. Screen count, responsive layouts, states, and revision rounds are agreed before work begins. Development and implementation are scoped separately.

My background

My experience includes Product Owner and UX management roles at Magento Commerce and eBay Enterprise, working on e-commerce platforms, order management and complex operational workflows.
