Receive the preserved original, a normalized CSV for controlled software import, a separate spreadsheet-safe CSV, an issue log, a record-count reconciliation and a short cleanup note. One correction within the agreed rules is included.

Proposed delivery: one business day after written scope agreement and receipt of the file; confirm the deadline before booking. Larger exports or repeatable workflow changes require a separate scope.
