• Initial Setup & Understanding

  - Consultation and onboarding: A discussion where I can understand your business, brand guidelines, target audience (as they define it), and current Instagram presence. - Content Preferences & Brand Kit Collection: Gathering your brand assets (logos, fonts, colours, specific imagery), content themes you prefer, and any existing content you want to repurpose. - Goal Clarification: Understanding what you hope to achieve from your content and engagement efforts (e.g., more likes, comments, followers, basic brand visibility).

• Content Creation & Scheduling

  - Custom Visual Content Creation: Designing and creating high-quality images and graphics for Instagram posts, stories, and (if applicable) Reels covers. (8 - 12 per month) (Images used will be stock images or product images provided by the client.) - Engaging Caption Writing: Crafting compelling and relevant captions for all posts, incorporating client-provided keywords or calls to action. - Hashtag Research & Application: Researching and applying relevant and trending hashtags to each post to increase visibility. - Content Calendar/Schedule: I'll provide you with a schedule for posting the content. I can either directly post the content or I can send you the content so you can post it yourself.

• Community Management for 30 mins daily/weekly

  - Engagement with Followers: Liking, commenting, and responding to comments on your posts to foster community. - Story Engagement: Responding to story replies and engaging with polls/quizzes where appropriate. - Proactive Engagement: Liking and commenting on posts from relevant accounts and potential followers. This helps increase visibility and attract new followers.
