Summary
UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) design are two closely related fields that are concerned with improving the way people interact with digital products, such as websites, mobile apps, and software applications.
UX design is focused on creating a positive and enjoyable experience for users by designing products that are easy to use, intuitive, and efficient. This involves conducting research to understand user needs and behaviors, creating user personas and scenarios, and developing wireframes and prototypes that can be tested with users.
UI design is focused on creating the visual elements and interactions that users see and interact with on a digital product. This includes designing the layout, typography, icons, and other visual elements, as well as creating animations, transitions, and other interactive elements that enhance the user experience.
My delivers that my client can expect to receive from a UX/UI project can vary depending on the project scope and goals include:
User Research Report: A report outlining the user research findings, including user personas, user journeys, pain points, and other insights that informed the UX design process.
Style Guide: A style guide that documents the visual design elements, including color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design guidelines that ensure consistency across the product.
Wireframes and Prototypes: Wireframes and/or prototypes that illustrate the final UX/UI design, including the layout, content, and functionality of the product.
Visual Design Concepts: Visual design concepts that communicate the look and feel of the product, including color schemes, typography, imagery, and branding elements.
