All of my projects in past 6 years have been built using React. With either Gatsby or Nextjs. So it really depends on your type of website, storage, data, etc. Performance? I aim for 90+ all greens on a lighthouse test. B+ on a GTMetrix test. I also aim to ensure that the FPS during scroll is above 60. Bug testing and QA? Of course, all this will be handled. Additionally, all bugs are fixed for free. Depending on the scope of what you're wanting to achieve, there will be some things that I can do. Really complex Webgl experiences though, may require a specialist and I have 2 brilliant people for that. 3D can be provided by you, or created in Blender / Spline. If however you've purchased models from an online store, these will need assessing due to polygon count and object size.
