I partner with online business owners and small teams to handle the daily tasks, admin, and operations that keep things moving. My role is to free up mental bandwidth and time, so my clients can focus on what they do best.

What's included

  • Administrative Tasks

    Such as email and calendar management, meeting preparation, coordination with team members and external collaborators, and general administrative tasks.

  • Support With Digital Tools

    Support with digital tools, among others, project and task organization in ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Trello, file maintenance in Google Drive or equivalent, etc.

  • Marketing & Communication Support

    Including content scheduling (social media, newsletters), assistance with launches, campaigns, and special promotions, as well as data collection on social media KPIs. Plus, basic copywriting and website updates (Framer).

  • Customer Service Support

    Customer assistance via email or chat, responding to questions and comments on social media, client onboarding and offboarding, and support in the sales process.

  • Operational Support

    Assistance in creating slide decks, online research, data entry, support in recruitment of new team members, onboarding and offboarding of collaborators, and process documentation (SOPs).
