Summary
Digital Ethnography is my research specialty, where I use my extensive knowledge of digital platforms, communities, and groups to do comprehensive research that cuts past the superficial surveys and automated keyword searches to figure out what consumers really think and feels about something. This "something" could be a brand, but it could also be an attitude, trend, or new idea that's becoming a topic of conversation.

A 1 to 3 page research report that gives you the highlights of my findings, insights, and recommendations. For small-scope work.
A Full-Length Presentation
A longer presentation deck that goes over in more detail exactly what I found, provides screenshots and quotes, more in-depth analysis and recommendations, and goes over data points and research methods. Also provides follow-up research opportunities. For large-scope work.
