Here is how it works. You take a monthly hour package, for example 60 hours, and use it across whatever needs attention most, new features, iterations, landing pages, brand assets, or a strategy session to pressure-test an idea. You can scale the hours up in busy months and down to a 20-hour minimum in quieter ones. I report transparently on how every hour is spent, so the value is always visible and you are never guessing whether the retainer is paying off.
