Summary
Drew conducts thorough UX research to understand user needs and improve product usability.
Process
We will meet to discuss the goals and needs of the client. What are you trying to do through this? What are you aiming to achieve?
User research will occur. I will conduct surveys and interviews with potential stakeholders to gain insight into user research products.
Data Analysis. Using a combination of RStudio and Figma, I will create user journeys and personas to design for the client.
Prototyping and Wireframing. Using Figma, I will design a wireframe, moodboard, and functioning prototype.
User testing. Using User Testing software, the prototype will be tested. Problems will be studied and iterated upon.

A figma file containing all relevant designs and assets including but not limited to: a high-fidelity prototype, wireframes, and sitemap.
User Research Summary
A text document summarizing user research collected in the process of the project, including but not limited to: personas, competitive analysis
RStudio File
An RStudio file containing raw data analyzed within the course of the project.
