Typically, the full process takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity, response time for feedback, and revision rounds.
What if I need more than 5 revisions?
The package includes up to 5 rounds of revisions to refine your design. If you need additional changes beyond this, extra revisions can be requested at an additional cost.
What happens if I don’t like any of the logo concepts?
While this is rare, if none of the concepts align with your vision, I offer the option to purchase additional concepts at a discounted rate. However, my process ensures we align on direction before starting the design phase.
Do you provide a brand style guide?
Yes! A brand style guide can be included as an add-on. This document outlines your logo usage, color palette, typography, and other essential branding details to ensure consistency.
Can I get my logo in different formats?
Absolutely! I provide vector files (AI, EPS) for scalability and web-friendly files (PNG, SVG, JPG) for online use. If you need additional formats, just let me know.
Will I own the rights to my logo?
Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll receive full ownership and usage rights to your logo.
Do you offer refunds?
Since design work is a time-intensive process, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. However, I ensure that we align on expectations early on to create a design you love.
Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes! If your current logo feels outdated or no longer aligns with your brand, I offer logo refresh and rebranding services.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you have a tight deadline, I can provide an expedited service at an additional cost. Let me know your timeline in advance so we can plan accordingly.
