• Can I get my logo in different formats?

  Absolutely! I provide vector files (AI, EPS) for scalability and web-friendly files (PNG, SVG, JPG) for online use. If you need additional formats, just let me know.

• Will I own the rights to my logo?

  Yes! Once the final payment is made, you’ll receive full ownership and usage rights to your logo.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Since design work is a time-intensive process, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. However, I ensure that we align on expectations early on to create a design you love.

• Can you redesign my existing logo?

  Yes! If your current logo feels outdated or no longer aligns with your brand, I offer logo refresh and rebranding services.

• Do you offer rush orders?
