From regular social content to essential marketing materials, I ensure every design aligns perfectly with your brand identity, giving you peace of mind and a polished presence in every space your brand appears.

Process

1. Inquiry

• Reach out via email or my website to express your interest in the Creative Design Retainer service.

2. Discovery Call

• We’ll schedule a call to discuss your design needs, goals, and how I can support your business.

3. Select Your Monthly Hours

• Choose the number of design hours you need each month (10, 15, or 20 hours) based on your business’s ongoing requirements.

4. Sign the Contract

• I’ll send over a contract outlining the details of the retainer, including services, hours, and terms, for you to review and sign.

5. Pay First Month’s Service

• Once the contract is signed, you’ll pay for your first month’s service to kick off our work together.

6. Ongoing Support & Overage Hours

• I’ll track any overage hours during the month, which will be invoiced separately at the end of the month if needed.

7. Cancellation or Termination

• If you need to cancel or terminate the service, just provide two weeks’ notice so we can wrap up any active projects for your business smoothly.
