I built this after seeing how much time employees waste handling invoices. People upload photos or scans, but accounting tools turn them into flat tables or generic forms. The data is there, but the context is gone, and verification becomes manual, slow, and error-prone. So I built a platform where employees can upload invoice photos, and the system regenerates them into structured, pixel-accurate digital documents. Instead of just extracting fields, we recreate the invoice itself as an editable HTML replica, ready for accounting workflows. Because the regenerated document looks like the original, employees can verify and correct details instantly. Finance teams get clean, structured data they can trust. I built Travero: Commute as a smaller, sharper version of the original Travero idea. Travero started as an app for seeing weather along your driving route, based on where you’ll actually be at each point of the trip. That works really well for longer drives, but I kept thinking there’s a more frequent use case hiding inside it: the daily commute. Most people don’t need a full navigation app every morning. They already know where they’re going. What they need is a quick answer before leaving: Is traffic bad? Is there an incident? Will weather affect the drive? Should I leave now or wait a bit? So Travero: Commute became a more focused product around that exact moment. The app is built around saved Home and Work locations, one-tap commute checks, traffic status, incidents, weather along the route, alternative routes, and quick summaries that are easy to understand before you get in the car. One important shift was treating weather as a supporting layer, not the main feature. For commute, traffic is the real priority. Weather still matters, but only when it affects the route. I also wanted the app to feel more like a daily habit than a trip planner. Something you can open quickly in the morning or after work, check the route, and decide whether to leave now, wait, or take another way. This project was a good reminder that sometimes the best product direction comes from narrowing the idea, not adding more features. Travero: Commute is still part of the same bigger Travero vision, but with a much clearer daily use case.

I’m building a Service Connect. A remixable service marketplace app template for the Anything Marketplace challenge. The idea is simple: a ready-to-customize mobile app for local service businesses, cleaning companies, home services, beauty services, maintenance teams, or any niche where clients need to book trusted providers. The app is built as a multi-tenant service platform with two sides: Clients can browse services, request jobs, manage bookings, chat with providers, track job status, leave reviews, and handle follow-ups. Service providers can receive requests, manage availability, update job progress, communicate with clients, and keep all work organized in one place. The template is designed to be localized, rebranded, and remixed into different verticals without rebuilding the whole product from scratch. A cleaning marketplace, handyman app, private home services platform, local beauty booking app, or niche maintenance service can all start from the same foundation. For this challenge, I used several tools connected to Paper and Paper's Canvas to build Roam - a restaurant, eatery, and activity finder for Manchester. I wanted to create it because, coming back from uni with time to finally explore the city, I needed a way to visualise places I'd been meaning to visit on a map. I started by using Claude Code in the terminal to pull a button from my portfolio repo, then rebuilt and redesigned it in the Paper canvas for this project. From there, I used Claude Code and Gemini CLI to generate screens and variants via Paper MCP, picked my favourite, and brought it to life as a functional design in the new Lovable Desktop app using Paper MCP connection. I then synced the project to Cursor via GitHub and continued iterating - adding advanced features like maps, a light/dark mode using colour styles from my Paper Canvas, and a chatbot, both designed with Claude Code and Paper MCP. I finally powered the chatbot using Lovable AI and used the Paper metal shader for the chatbot button. Hey Contra 👋🏽 Many of the challenges I participated in here pushed me to start experimenting with building tools and platforms. One of those experiments slowly turned into something bigger. I’ve been building a social platform called Spaxis for creatives, and it’s now about 90% ready. I realized something… as creators, our work often gets mixed in with everything else on traditional platforms,and as tools improve and creators level up, the quality of what we create is only getting better, but the platforms we use haven’t really evolved to support that. Everything still gets mixed, lost, or disconnected. Spaxis is built for where creators are heading, a space where their work can live and connect, putting creators and their work at the center, so what we create can actually stay connected and grow. Building it has been challenging, but now comes the interesting part, seeing how people interact with it. The platform is currently optimized for web not mobile, and since Contra is full of curious creators who like trying new things, I figured this would be the best place to share it. Huge thanks to Contra and YouWare for creating environments that push creators to explore, experiment, and build. This wouldn’t exist without that.
