INTERCHANGEABLE BACKPACK STRAPS CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT TECK PACK DFM PROTOTYPE 3D CAD I engineered a modular backpack system featuring an innovative quick-release interchangeable strap mechanism. Developing the concept from scratch, I modeled the load-bearing hardware and strap interfaces in 3D CAD, optimizing internal latch tolerances for secure locking. I applied strict DFM principles for injection-molded buckles and heavy-duty webbing assembly.
