Built from the Box — Concept 04 This concept explores live/work units as a tool for economic mobility and flexible development. By using modular container systems, the project imagines a scalable village where residents can live, create, and operate small businesses in the same environment, reducing overhead while increasing opportunity. This study focuses on adaptability, phasing, and the ways design can support both lifestyle and livelihood. I’m continuing to explore how modular systems can activate underutilized land and support emerging entrepreneurs. I am always open to feedback and dialogue.

Built From the Box | Concept 02 This concept explores how two containers can be transformed into a warm, living space through careful detailing, the use of natural materials, and a connection to the landscape. The goal is simple: explore how small footprints can still deliver quality, beauty, and possibility. These exercises help me think through larger questions we care about: How do we design homes that expand access to ownership? What does sustainable, scalable development look like? How can modular systems support community-centered growth?
