Took my own Webflow portfolio from 64 to 96+ on mobile PageSpeed without touching any animations or functionality. What made the difference: deferred GSAP and third-party scripts to fire on user interaction instead of blocking paint, caught a duplicate Google Analytics load tanking the score, swapped blocking font patterns for non-blocking preloads, and removed a body opacity rule that was killing First Contentful Paint.
