Cover image for Aviva motor insurance customers had
Aviva motor insurance customers had no digital option for mid-term policy changes. Adding a vehicle or updating drivers meant calling the contact centre. I designed mobile-first self-service journeys within MyAviva using conditional flows that adapted based on the customer's task. The experience was built around progressive disclosure, showing only what was relevant at each step. Result: approximately 25% fewer calls to the contact centre. https://santhoshrb.com/work/insurance-self-service #UXDesign #MobileFirst #SelfService #InsuranceUX

Cover image for Maersk Flow gives supply chain
Maersk Flow gives supply chain managers real-time visibility across global shipments. I produced the initial wireframes, designing the dashboard layout, exception management workflows, and tracking views. The UX challenge was surfacing the right data at the right moment across origin, transit, and destination stages so users could act on exceptions before they became costly delays. https://santhoshrb.com/work/maersk-flow #UXDesign #Wireframing #SupplyChain #EnterpriseUX

Cover image for Maersk's supply chain platform had
Maersk's supply chain platform had 20+ separate products, each designed by different teams. The result: a fragmented experience for logistics professionals. I mapped end-to-end journeys across the full ecosystem and designed role-based dashboards that surfaced the right information for each user type. Operations managers, booking agents, and customs teams each got views tailored to their specific workflows. Outcome: 20-30% faster task completion across 20+ unified products.
