The work involves translating hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies, identifying qualified technical talent, engaging passive candidates, screening for role fit, coordinating interviews, maintaining pipeline visibility, and supporting candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Boolean search, keyword refinement, and targeted outreach to source candidates for difficult technical roles across cybersecurity, cloud, network security, SOC, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, XSIAM, and XSOAR-related searches. I also conduct structured pre-screens, evaluate resumes, document candidate strengths and gaps, prepare candidates for interviews, and keep hiring stakeholders updated with clear pipeline movement.
This work has supported successful outcomes for hard-to-fill technical searches, including Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN engineering roles, along with XSIAM/XSOAR-related recruiting. The project reflects my ability to manage the recruiting process end to end while keeping candidate quality, communication, and hiring team visibility at the center. I partnered with a senior Business Analyst to transform a task-heavy resume into a recruiter-ready, ATS-optimized document built for enterprise, healthcare, federal consulting, and Salesforce Business Analyst roles. The project focused on clarifying career positioning, strengthening keyword strategy, and rewriting the content to highlight measurable business impact, Agile and Waterfall delivery, Salesforce platform work, UAT coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. I restructured the resume to present her as a high-value Lead Business Analyst with credible enterprise experience, stronger search visibility, and a clearer fit for modern hiring manager expectations.
