Customers often experience uncertainty after completing a purchase. They wonder whether their order has been confirmed, where it is, when it will arrive, or what happens if something goes wrong. This Order Tracking experience was designed to reduce that uncertainty through clear delivery progress, real-time status updates, intuitive timelines, meaningful empty states, and transparent order details. Instead of focusing only on visual aesthetics, I explored how thoughtful product design can improve communication, reduce support requests, and create a more trustworthy customer experience. The Psychology Behind Great UX: How Small Design Decisions Create Better Product Experiences Most redesigns focus on making interfaces look better. I prefer to ask a different question: Will this make the product feel better to use? In this redesign, I didn't add more features or complex interactions. Instead, I focused on two small decisions rooted in human psychology: • Personalization — Greeting users by name creates a stronger emotional connection and makes the experience feel more human. • Visual Hierarchy — Prioritizing sleep duration over labels helps users understand the most important information instantly, reducing cognitive effort. Great product design isn't just about aesthetics. It's about understanding how people think, what they notice first, and how small decisions influence behavior. Every pixel should have a purpose.
