Built a PowerApps interface for teams to register controls, with data stored in SharePoint Lists and integrated into a Power BI dashboard for real-time monitoring. The dashboard enabled stakeholders to track progress against automation targets, analyze controls by complexity level, and monitor key implementation metrics. This solution streamlined data capture, improved visibility, and supported better management of audit automation initiatives.
