B2B Sales Data Cleaning & KPI Dashboard (Sample Project) A client sent a messy CRM export with duplicate orders, inconsistent naming, mixed date formats, and prices stored as text instead of numbers. As Data Analyst, I cleaned and standardized the dataset, filled missing quantities using regional averages, and built a dynamic KPI dashboard powered by live formulas — not hardcoded numbers — so it updates automatically as new data comes in. It includes revenue-by-region and by-product charts, plus a sales rep leaderboard.

Built a structured B2B research database of electrical wire harness manufacturers across Europe for a client’s market analysis and outreach needs. The project involved identifying relevant manufacturers, verifying their industry fit, and organizing the information in Google Sheets for direct use in sales and partnership outreach. The final database was formatted for easy filtering, review, and CRM import. It included company research and verified business information based on the project’s agreed targeting criteria.
