Song mapping and gig management platform for musicians · 2026 Performing musicians have no single tool that lets them map their songs at waveform level — marking sections, stems, and cues — and then tie that directly into setlist management and gig scheduling. Everything is fragmented across apps that don't talk to each other. I conceived, designed, and built the whole product from scratch using Vue 3, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Firebase — with waveform-based song mapping, section markers, stem controls, band and setlist management, gig scheduling, AI-powered poster generation, and Stripe payments. A production-ready SaaS product with active users, built in approximately 8 weeks using AI-augmented development — full-stack product ownership from blank canvas to live paying customers.

Cross-platform time tracking for freelancers · 2026 As a freelancer working across multiple environments, I needed a time tracker that lived inside my actual workflow — IDE, mobile, desktop — without the constant context switch of opening a separate app. Nothing on the market quite solved it. I designed and built the entire product myself: a cross-platform SaaS app with IDE integration, mobile and desktop clients, built on Vue 3/Nuxt with Firebase for the backend and Stripe for payments. Used Claude as an AI thinking partner throughout to rapidly iterate on concept and architecture. A fully deployed SaaS product with real users — built end-to-end from idea to payment integration in a single continuous sprint. A practical demonstration of what AI-augmented product development looks like in practice.
