Title: Storytelling Sample: The Cost of Carrying Too Much Here’s a short narrative example of how I translate simple stories into meaningful, modern insights. A tortoise once attended a feast. Instead of simply taking his share, he began to hide more food, wrapping it against his back. Some of it was still hot. He ignored it. Focused only on gaining more. By the end, the damage had already begun. The burns were severe. A healer covered his back with a hard protective layer. Something permanent. What this demonstrates This is how I approach storytelling: • Simple narrative • Layered meaning • Clear, transferable insight Application I use this style to help: • Founders • Professionals • Personal brands Turn ideas and experiences into structured, compelling narratives. Closing If you’re looking to communicate your ideas more clearly and powerfully through story, I’m available for ghostwriting and storytelling projects.

Title: The Day I Almost Quit Writing (And What Changed Everything) Description: A memoir-style piece exploring creative doubt, invisibility, and the turning point that reshapes how we approach storytelling. This sample demonstrates how I transform real experiences into emotionally resonant, story-driven content that captures attention, builds connection, and leaves a lasting impression. I almost quit writing. Not because I didn’t love it. But because it felt like nothing was working. No traction. No recognition. No clear sign that any of it was going anywhere. Just silence. The kind of silence that screams. You show up consistently. Put in the work. And nothing comes back. No feedback. No opportunities. A question nags at you: “Is this even worth it?” I started questioning everything. Maybe I wasn’t as good as I thought. Maybe I had misunderstood what it takes. What hit me was the feeling of being invisible. Not the lack of results. People don't talk about this enough. You see others moving forward. You start comparing. Doubting. Pulling back. That was the point I almost stopped. Quietly. But then something clicked. I could write. I knew that. Felt it in my bones. The problem was that my writing wasn’t connecting. There’s a difference. You can write well. Yet, people don’t feel your message. Everything changed with this realization. I stopped trying to write more. And started focusing on crafting deeper connections with my writing. Because the goal of writing is beyond expressing oneself. It’s translation. The lack of talent isn't why many quit. They do because nothing seems to work. The focus should rather be on impacting the audience. You only accomplish that when your writing evokes the right emotions. That’s the difference between being seen… and being remembered. This is the kind of storytelling I bring to personal brands, founders, and creators looking to turn their experiences into meaningful content.

The article is a raw reflection on being afraid to love again—how past betrayal can make even genuine connection feel dangerous, and how difficult it is to trust that something good can stay. It explores the fears, vulnerabilities of friendships, and the possibility that love doesn’t always have to be extraordinary to be worth believing in.

A Simple Guide to Starting Over. Created a warm and visually engaging book project around the powerful journey of letting go, finding yourself, and beginning again. The concept behind The Power of Starting Over is simple: starting over doesn't mean starting from nothing, it means starting from experience. I focused on creating a visual style that feels: 🌿 Calm and comforting ✨ Inspirational and uplifting 🤍 Warm and emotionally relatable 📖 Clean and reader-friendly 🎨 Consistent with the book's self-growth theme Every detail from the typography and earthy tones to the lifestyle imagery was designed to reinforce the message of new beginnings, healing, and personal growth. This is the kind of creative work I enjoy: turning an idea and a message into a visual experience that connects with the reader. Have a story, guide, workbook, or personal-growth book that needs a strong visual direction? Let's create something meaningful.

Book Design | Cover Design | KDP Formatting I recently worked on the book design for Navigating the Waves: Embracing Homebirth With Confidence, creating a visual identity that reflects the book’s themes of birth, confidence, ancestral wisdom, and empowerment. The design combines a soft, calming color palette with a pregnancy-inspired visual element to create a warm and welcoming feel while keeping the overall presentation professional and readable. For the full cover, I focused on maintaining consistency across the front cover, spine, and back cover, while making sure the author information, book description, and biography were clearly structured. What I focused on: 📖 Full-wrap book cover design 🎨 Cohesive color and typography selection ✍️ Professional text hierarchy and layout 📐 Print-ready KDP formatting 👩🏾🍼 Visual direction aligned with the book's subject 📚 Front cover, spine, and back cover consistency The goal was to create a cover that feels personal, empowering, and connected to the subject matter, while still looking polished and professional for publication. Have a manuscript that needs professional book design, formatting, or a publication-ready cover? I can help bring it together from manuscript to final KDP-ready files.

30 Days of Healing & Hope — Devotional Journal Design I had the opportunity to design the cover for 30 Days of Healing & Hope, a Christian devotional journal focused on strength, renewal, reflection, and faith. The design was created with a soft, peaceful, and uplifting visual direction to reflect the book’s message of healing and hope. The minimal typography, calming color palette, and spacious layout were intentionally chosen to create a sense of peace, warmth, and spiritual renewal. 📖 Project: Christian Devotional Journal 🎨 Focus: Christian Journal Design & Typography 🌿 Style: Minimal • Elegant • Peaceful • Faith-Based Designed to visually communicate the journey from weariness to renewal, one day at a time. #BookCoverDesign #ChristianBookDesign #BookDesigner

Project Title Book Cover Design A fresh visual identity for a book about letting go, rediscovering yourself, and embracing new beginnings. For The Power of Starting Over, I created a warm, elegant, and emotionally inviting book cover that reflects the heart of the message: you can let go of the past and confidently begin again. The design combines a soft neutral palette with deep botanical green and warm gold accents to communicate growth, renewal, hope, and transformation. The handwritten typography gives the title a personal and reflective feel, while the clean serif typography adds sophistication and readability. I also developed a complementary promotional composition featuring the book alongside lifestyle elements, reinforcing the peaceful and empowering atmosphere of the concept. Creative Direction: 📖 Inspirational/self-development book cover 🌿 Warm, calming visual aesthetic ✨ Gold accents symbolizing renewal and possibility 🖋️ Handwritten + elegant serif typography 💚 Botanical elements representing growth and new beginnings 🎨 Designed with both emotional impact and professional readability in mind The goal: Create a cover that doesn't just look beautiful, but makes the reader feel that a new chapter is possible.
