REAL ESTATE AGENT POST My Role: Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, Copywriting, UX Writing, Visual Identity. Gabriella was starting her career as a real estate agent in Toronto, Canada, so my goal wasn't simply to create social media posts, it was to build a brand that people could immediately connect with and trust. I started by defining her communication strategy. Because clients choose real estate agents based on credibility and personal connection, I translated Gabriella's personality into a clear brand voice. She is warm, approachable, detail-oriented, and works with high-end properties, so every piece of communication was designed to appeal to a premium audience while remaining friendly and authentic. I developed the content strategy and editorial calendar using content marketing principles to increase brand awareness and position her as a trusted professional in her market. For the copywriting, I combined Neurolinguistics with UX principles to create content that feels natural, easy to read, and persuasive. The messaging uses refined language without becoming distant or overly formal, helping build trust while keeping the focus on clarity.

ONBOARDING PLAN In this project, I worked as a UX Writer and Technical Writer, where I updated the internal material called Onboarding Plan for the company GrowerIQ, an ERP software in Canada. This material combined techniques from Neurolinguistics, UX, and Instructional Design, resulting in a 13% reduction in the churn rate. HOW IT USED TO BE The documents were quite extensive, with complex language and did not provide important information for new customers, generating insecurity and doubts, causing support tickets to be opened. MY ROLE - Consolidated the most essential onboarding information into a single document, reducing information overload for new customers. - Redesigned the material with a highly visual layout, making it faster and more engaging to read. - Rewrote the content using clear, accessible language and created a concise step-by-step guide covering the entire onboarding journey, from the customer's first day to confidently using the ERP. - Included helpful resources, such as technical articles and an interactive ERP product guide, to improve the first user experience and encourage self-service.

I employed direct and eye-catching headlines that emphasized the land's appreciation potential, along with detailed descriptions that helped clients visualize future possibilities. In campaigns, this approach has shown up to a 20% increase in lead conversions and a significant improvement in page engagement, raising the view rate by as much as 60%.
