Built an AI-powered web chat agent using Voiceflow to handle customer conversations and automate common website interactions. The agent understands visitor intent, retrieves relevant information from a business knowledge base using RAG, generates context-aware responses, and takes actions based on the conversation. It can handle FAQs, customer support, appointment scheduling, lead capture and qualification, customer information collection, issue reporting, and human handoff when needed. I also designed the workflow to connect with business systems such as CRMs, calendars, email, notifications, helpdesks, databases, and Google Sheets. The goal was to move beyond a simple chatbot and create a system that can understand conversations, access the right information, take useful actions, and keep business processes connected. This setup can be adapted to different business workflows, knowledge bases, conversation flows, and integrations.

I also connected the voice workflow with the CRM so important call and lead information can be passed to the right system automatically. As inquiry volume grows, manually managing these conversations becomes increasingly difficult, and valuable opportunities can be missed before an agent has a chance to respond. To address this, I built an AI-powered web chat agent that engages visitors the moment they arrive on the website. Rather than offering scripted replies, the assistant holds natural conversations, understands whether the visitor is looking to buy or sell, and adapts its questions based on the direction of the conversation. As the conversation progresses, the agent gathers important information such as property preferences, budget, preferred location, timeline, or selling requirements. It qualifies each inquiry in real time, allowing businesses to identify serious prospects without manually reviewing every conversation. The assistant is also connected to a knowledge base, enabling it to answer common questions about properties, services, and the buying or selling process while maintaining consistent and accurate responses. When a visitor is ready to move forward, the chatbot can schedule an appointment directly through the conversation, creating a smooth transition from the initial inquiry to the next step without requiring manual coordination. Every interaction is automatically recorded in Google Sheets and Airtable, ensuring customer details, qualification data, and conversation history remain organized and accessible for future follow-up. The chat experience includes interactive buttons alongside conversational AI, making it simple for visitors to navigate while still allowing natural, flexible conversations when additional guidance is needed.
