👉 "In God we trust, everybody else, bring data!" I visited Columbia University yesterday for a presentation/panel called “Smarter Projects & Stronger Leaders in the Era of AI", and it was a great conversation. 🔵 Who is today's Project Manager? A mindful leader who balances the needs of the planet, people, and their community. They collaborate closely with AI tools but recognize that nothing replaces common sense. A modern PM not only understands the business but also has the field skills to get started right away. Equally important are soft skills: motivating teams, staying flexible, solving problems creatively, and using data to tell a compelling story. ↪️ One of the final quotes I loved: "Once you’re out of your comfort zone, you’re in a great place."
