Week 1: Architecture first
Before writing code, I mapped out multi tenant structure, Meta Business API flow, and billing logic. These early decisions saved a lot of rework later
Week 2 to 3: Core engine
Built the bulk messaging system, automation flow builder, and shared team inbox. Laravel backend, queue workers for scale, live updates using WebSockets
Week 4: The layer most developers skip
Contact CRM, segmentation, message templates, analytics. This is what makes a SaaS useful long term, not just functional
Week 5: Ship it
Subscription billing, team management with roles, full authentication system, deployment, and client onboarding
Result
A production ready SaaS with real paying users
