Hi everyone! 👋 I'm Maria, a graphic designer from Ukraine and a Master's graduate in Marketing. For the past 3+ years, I've been helping brands bring their ideas to life through thoughtful visual design. I specialize in branding, logo design, packaging, and visual identities, with a particular love for creating clean, modern, and memorable brand experiences. My background in marketing allows me to look beyond aesthetics and think about how design can support a brand's positioning, communication, and growth. I enjoy combining strategy and creativity to create visuals that not only look good but also make sense for the business behind them. Meet my first mascot! 🪿 I've designed plenty of logos and brand identities over the years, but this was my very first time creating a mascot from scratch. The goal was to make it playful, memorable, and full of personality while still feeling like a natural part of the brand. Every little detail – from the backwards cap to the skateboard and takeaway bag—was added to tell a story and make the character instantly recognizable. What I enjoyed most about this project was realizing how much personality a simple illustration can bring to a brand. A mascot isn't just a cute character – it becomes something people remember, recognize, and connect with. Definitely hoping this won't be my last mascot project. 🛹
