Projects in MonroeProjects in MonroeSitePilot is a concept SaaS platform I designed and built to modernize construction field operations through a clean, AI-powered user experience. The goal was to replace fragmented workflows with a single platform for managing projects, crews, reports, media, and operational insights.
The product includes a responsive dashboard, project management, daily reporting, crew assignment, media management, detailed report views, and an AI assistant designed to help users access information faster. Every screen was designed with real construction workflows in mind, emphasizing clarity, speed, and ease of use across desktop and mobile.
This project demonstrates my end-to-end product design process—from UX strategy and information architecture to interface design, responsive layouts, interactive workflows, and implementation using Bolt. It reflects how I approach building software that feels intuitive, polished, and ready for real-world use.
