HELLO! \°_°/ Here's my entry for the #characterchallenger @Rive x @Contra challenge. This character was developed for the website vovy ai He's a very friendly robot who feels like a companion and will accompany you as you learn and get introduced to the world of code. Vovy is one of those characters you see and want for yourself. Friendly, patient, and fun. My process always starts with a sketch. Node connections + bones and shapes in Feather, clip + draw order is the combination to achieve volume and a faster animation flow. Adding to this is the use of solos for a better combination of facial expressions. The animation loops are supported by small animations (breakdowns) to enrich the transitions from one state to another. Playing with this character and his rigging was a lot of fun. If you see him around, go up to him and say, "Hello, Vovy!"
