Delivered a comprehensive brand overhaul for The Gardner's Inc., a landscaping company based in Lacey, Washington. I redesigned their logo, developed a cohesive visual identity system, and rebuilt their website from the ground up, translating the client's established local reputation into a professional, modern brand presence that could compete in a crowded market. I owned the full design relationship from discovery through final delivery, creating brand guidelines, color palette, typography, and digital assets that carry consistently across both print and web touchpoints.

I led the redesign of NOAA GSL’s public-facing website as part of a broader effort to modernize how the lab communicates its research, capabilities, and impact to both technical and public audiences. The work included a full visual rebrand for the laboratory, establishing a more cohesive identity system across web, graphics, and communications materials while improving accessibility, navigation, and content clarity. I collaborated closely with scientists, leadership, and communications teams to translate complex research into approachable, user-centered experiences that better reflected the lab’s mission and strengthened engagement with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.

IDSS Engine is a decision support platform developed at NOAA's Global Systems Laboratory to help National Weather Service forecasters proactively communicate weather hazard risk to emergency managers and partner agencies across the country. The tool enables forecasters to build criteria-based monitoring profiles, automatically assess incoming weather data against user-defined thresholds, and generate timely impact-based notifications — reducing the cognitive burden of continuous manual monitoring across 120+ Weather Forecast Offices nationwide. As the lead UX designer and de facto product manager on the project, I owned the end-to-end design of the interface while managing the engineering and design backlog, facilitating standups, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with MDL's development team toward a full national release targeted for September 2026.
